A couple of early hiccups during installation were resolved and with 1 of 96 windows needing additional attention we are close to a good result.
Two weeks later they came and installed without fuss or mess I would certainly recommend this Company.
Windowline are a professional, courteous and efficient team who made the whole process or replacing our windows seem easy and effortless.
Thanks Lisa and Zach
Came home expecting a complete job. Instead, our bedroom windows had been half installed leaving a gaping floor to ceiling hole in the middle of winter.
Tools were left everywhere, including a stanley knife on my bed. Window frames had also been left in our lounge room for several days.
Came home a seperate day to find that our front and side doors had both been left open whilst the team had gone off to lunch. So anyone could have accessed our apartment.
After weeks, there had been no clean-up to the common areas, with shards of glass and wood splinters being left across all walkways and garden beds.
I was just a renter when Windowline completed the strata building works, but suffered the consequences of it all. Overnight we were left with gaping, floor to ceiling holes in our walls when they ‘ran out of time’ to finish the window installation. Who doesn’t love an icy cold breeze flowing through their entire apartment in the middle of winter. We also appreciated that on multiple occasions our apartment was left with doors wide open with no tradesmen in it while they went to lunch. Its fun waiting an hour for them to return so you can continue on with your day to day business and avoid leaving the apartment open and unattended again. What an excellent feeling to come home to an unlocked apartment with no one in it and not have to find your keys to open the door. I’m glad no one decided to pop buy and steal our possessions. They made themselves at home and decided to use our apartment to store the window frames in for a fortnight. Great feature of our living and dining area, and was fun to navigate around. The best part was how much time we had to take off work to be there for them as they were always late and seemed to take multiple days to install each window. I take that back, the best part was how they ruined the timber flooring and left dirty hand prints on ever inch of surface.
So far we did not receive any unpleasant surprises or responses from the residents. Thank you for your good work.
